Huurtehoog.nl is a young company located in Leeuwarden and Utrecht. We help tenants to lower their room rates throughout the Netherlands. Because did you know that 80% of student rooms are too expensive? And that students pay an average of 149 euros per month too much? We lower the rent and in many cases can reclaim the overpaid rent.

What are you going to do?
As a sales topper at Huurtehoog.nl you will be involved in generating new leads. These are students who rent a room whose price is too high. New leads can be generated with a booth in the center of a city or at a college/university. You address the students and start a conversation about whether they pay a fair rent. Many students are not aware of a maximum rent and are therefore completely happy with your explanation. You immediately calculate whether they pay a fair price. If it turns out that the rent is too high, book a lead and our back office will contact the student.

Do you want to work in your own city or would you rather work in Utrecht where the rent is higher so more sales can be made? You can determine this yourself and we leave you completely free in this, we believe in your qualities, which gives you a lot of independence when recruiting customers.

Do you not have that much experience in sales yet? No problem, we are happy to help you! It is important, however, that you are not afraid to approach people and that you like to start a conversation with students.

​

Because Huurtehoog.nl is a young company that has only been in existence since 2022, there are a lot of career opportunities. Maybe you will become our sales manager in the future and you will be responsible for the entire sales team. Anything is possible because we are growing incredibly fast right now.

What we ask:

- No minimum training is required.
- You have the right commercial attitude.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Available at least 2 days a week but full time is negotiable.
