Lower basic rent
The rent is calculated on the basis of the so-called points system. The maximum rent is determined on the basis of this. The larger the room and the more facilities, the more points and therefore the higher the rent may be. Unfortunately, the landlord often does not comply with this. Reclaim service charges
Did you know that you must receive a final settlement of the service costs every year? We often see this going wrong. You pay service costs for the supply of gas, water and electricity, but also for services such as internet and/or cleaning. If your advance is higher than the actual costs (which is often the case), you are entitled to a refund. Many landlords prefer to put this money in their own pocket. Reclaim brokerage fees
Did you pay agency fees when signing your rental agreement and did you not hire anyone for this? Then you do not have to pay these costs. If they have been charged and you have paid, you are entitled to a refund. We are happy to help you, send us a message via the mediation contact form in which you say that you have paid mediation costs. We will contact you as soon as possible to recover the costs.
